Rules and use conditions of PAID versions of Mega Uploader: 1
1. Period of validity for all versions is limited and equal to 1 year from the moment of reception. Prolongation of validity for each next year is paid and it's cost is equal to 1/2 from cost of your version of the script.
2. You undertake to not distribute and to not give the right of use your copy of the script to the third parties, otherwise it will be blocked.
3. You can upload no more than 1000 files per day, otherwise your copy of the script will be temporarily 2 blocked.
4. You can use your copy of the script no more than with 3 different IP addresses (means IP address of the server) per day, otherwise it will be temporarily 2 blocked.
5. Since June, 1st 2006 for users of versions Silver and Gold all updatings are free-of-charge! And for users of Bronze version each updating will cost 1/3 from cost of Bronze version.
